    This is the right way to work. Here is why:

    – images are saved and attached to a post that exists on the website (mandatory). Post to exist must be published, pending, draft

    – properties are posts

    – posts/properties are published only when all mandatory fields are filled in and submit button is clicked

    In above process, images can not be saved on server and attached to post as long as post are not published.


    – remove all mandatory fields so this does not happen anymore. But this requires modifying the code.

    – or follow the process as it is now

    I think it would be good if there was some solution to save images temporarily to save our users from having to re-upload all the images. We have received complaints from users that they lose all the multiple images they have uploaded if they make a simple mistake of forgetting a mandatory field. Perhaps a solution would be to save the post as pending until the mandatory fields are complete?
