Tell me please, how can I print the real estate category, with the shortcode?
I need a category that is not required by individual facilities.
Thanks in advance!AnnaNovember 8, 2013 at 11:14 am #6038
Thank you for the comment.
I hope I understand correctly. You want to use a shortcode and filter by category.
If that is correct, the shortcode is recent items. We have here more details http://help.wpestatetheme.org/#recent_items
Please let me know if this is what you need, or you need help with something else.

no. conclude a separate category, using the shortcode.
On each page of its category to display, so you can add a description, and more.AnnaNovember 8, 2013 at 12:31 pm #6042
I’m so sorry. I have a hard time understanding what you need to do.
What do you mean by conclude a separate category to add description and more? Can you make me a mock-up/screenshot?
Thank you so much!

Ok, so I understood correctly.
That page is created by WordPress – Taxonomy.
TO create a page with listings by category, use the shortcode is the one I sent you above (recent items, with category ID specifications).
[recent_items type=”properties” category_ids=”4″ number=”3″ rows=”3″ link=”http://original.wpestate.org/property_category/apartments/”][/recent_items]
Instead of category_ids=”4″ place the PARK category ID. Take if from Categories – Edit Category URL (in wp-admin). Or you can install a plugin – HH sortable ID columns that lists all IDs in lists.
This is a demo I created with this shortcode: http://wpestatetheme.org/listings-by-categories/
Let me know if you need help.
