    Use this CSS in Theme Options – Design – Custom CSS

    .search_wrapper {
    display: none!important;
    }

    For mobile, go to my_media.css

    Search for this class

    #advanced_search_map_button_mobile {

    Replace

    display: block!important;

    To

    display: none!important;

    The full CSS for this looks like this:

    #advanced_search_map_button_mobile {
    width: 100%;
    height: 70px;
    position: relative;
    top: auto;
    float: left;
    padding-top: 25px;
    display: block!important;
    -webkit-box-shadow: none;
    box-shadow: none;
    -moz-box-shadow: none;
    -moz-box-sizing: border-box;
    }

    still there.

    had some bad css above it.

    it works but as an id

    #search_wrapper {
    display: none!important;
    }
