I purchased the WPResidence theme today and after installing and activating it, the theme will not save any menus. Instead it wants to keep adding Pages to the primary menu (existing pages and any new ones added even though that check box is unchecked in the WordPress menus admin panel). In an attempt to trouble shoot and resolve, I removed or deactivated nearly every plug-in that was previously installed in my WP content/plug in folder as well as removing all previously installed themes except for WPEstate and the default themes from WordPress. None of the other installed themes are having the same menu issue.

Hope you can help resolve this issue.

    Thank you.

For future clients with the same issue. If the menu doesn’t save it means by accident you installed the entire theme pack, not only the wpresidence.zip folder as required.

This video may help for theme install – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=paLIfipA3b0#t=122

    Thank you
