    NOTE: The expiration will apply and properties will expired on due date IF you set the action date in the correct format: EX: 2014-12-31 10:05:44

    You can assign a package from Users – Edit User (see the attachments). Find the ID of the package with Revel ID’s plugin.

    package assign manually

    package assign manually 2

    Hello. This does not work for me. When I type the memebership ID and save, the selected user does not get that membership.

    I’ve got the same problem with Agent, when I assign a Agent ID to a user, it does not synchronize.

    Hi Matias

    Thank you for the comment.

    Please see my reply below:

    This does not work for me. When I type the memebership ID and save, the selected user does not get that membership.

    –> That works for sure, unless you don’t add the right ID. Please send us wp-admin access in our private ticket system with membership/user details and we can do this once to have as an example. URL is here – http://support.wpestate.org/

    I’ve got the same problem with Agent, when I assign a Agent ID to a user, it does not synchronize.

    –> That sync will not happen automatically if you add agent ID in admin. It only happens if users register in front end with the option to save users as agents “on”. We have more details in this forum – http://wpestate.org/forums/topic/1-user-registered-user-works-wp-estate-wp-residence/

    If you wish to add properties to users + agents (and these are created manually) – admin must assign property to used and agent from admin – We have this forum for this topic http://wpestate.org/forums/topic/difference-assign-property-agent-assign-property-user/

    Thank you
    Anna
