    Hi all,

How you guys add a studio? I can’t find where to fill it.

    A condo can have
    – a studio
    – 1 bedroom
    – 2 bedrooms

    Hi David,

    Thank you for your message.

I would be grateful if you could explain exactly the role of studio, as do not use it and we need to know the exact details so we can advise correctly.

    Thank you,
    Roxana

    Hi,

This is a condo with a studio (living room and bedroom are in same area).
    condo with studio

This is a condo with one bedroom (living room and bedroom are separated by wall).
    condo with one-bed

Question: how does my visitor find a studio on my site? When he fills 1 in search, one-bedroom units are shown, not studios.

    Hi,

    I got this from Wiki

A studio apartment, also known as a studio flat (UK), efficiency apartment or bachelor apartment, is a small apartment which combines living room, bedroom, and kitchenette into a single room.

I put word “Studio” in Bedroom field. But how I let customer search for it?

    Hi David

Bedrooms is a number field. So only numbers can apply. You need to change to text field and then people can type studio to search for studio apartments.

You need to modify several files and you need to know how. This forum explains the process http://wpestate.org/forums/topic/change-price-field-to-text/ You must do that for the bedrooms field.

In search you may need to modify the search and hardcode it. We explain the technical process here http://wpestate.org/forums/topic/how-can-i-replace-the-fields-like-type-bedrooms-no-with-dropdowns-like-city-type-etc/

    Hope this helps.
    Thank you
    Anna
