I’ve searched here and found that if I rename my_media.CSS and do a few other things I can disable the responsive version.

But where is the my_media.CSS? I’ve looked in editor and throughout FTP and don’t know where is. Or is it inside a php file?

Please help, our responsive version is unreadable the way our colors are setup. And probably eventually I’ll submit a ticket and maybe custom work to fix this. But I need to get the responsive version shut down right now.

    Best,

I see two different CSS folders one in wp-admin and one in wp-includes and neither of them have a file called my_media.CSS. There is a media.css in wp-admin and a media_views.css in wp-includess.

    Is it one of these?

Nevermind, I found it in the root directory of wpresidence folder.

    Thanks!
