    Hello Anna.

I am having a minor problem and I hope that you can help.
I wanted to create the main menu in such a way that I would be using the categories that I have created as the direct link. The way I did this was to add the categories in “Properties – Categories” Like this Parent Cat is “For Rent” and Under that Parent cat are sub cats like this “For Rent >> Houses, Apartments, Rooms, Condos”

When I go to make the menu I add the link and I write the link like this “” but it takes me to a “Page Not Found” Page.

Maybe I am not doing this right and hope that you can help me to figure out how to write that link so that it will go to the page of listings under that Parent and the sub Cat and display the listings?

    Hi James

What you describe does not exists.

    What exists:

    – pages created by wordpress for each category, or each action, or each city, or each area

They can be added to menu by enabling to show these categories and add the categories to menu. Help

    – pages created by you where you add the recent items shortcode and filter properties by combining category, action, city and area category ID

    Help –

The link of pages you create is saved from title. And you can edit link in wordpress – page edit, but you cannot use /. You have to use – as separators.

    Thank you,

Ah! Ok, thank you. I knew I had to be missing something. I did not think to use the drop down screen options to find more options for menu items. Thank you so very much Anna. I did end up doing it all by hand using your second method yesterday, lol. Took forever but I got it. Thanks again, lol. 🙂
