Once you started to generate real estate leads continuously it’s time to organize them properly – but how? Excel sheets are a thing of the past and if you’re getting more than 15-20 real estate leads a week you’re in for a hard time managing them. You’ll lose time and money with a defunct system when other, more reliable options are freely available.
I’m talking about a Customer Relationship Management system or real estate CRM for short. A Real Estate CRM will help you to manage your contacts, potential clients, and leads appropriately, thus increasing your profit and productivity so let’s go over a list of the top 5 real estate CRM you should implement in your business today.
1. HubSpot CRM for Realtors
Hubspot is one of the best-known CRMs available on the market today – it’s also one of the first free CRMs and with millions of daily users you know it’s worth checking out.
The good
With Hubspot you get unlimited contacts and unlimited users which can be very helpful for larger teams, considering this is still a free CRM. Create your own custom sales pipelines easily and automatically log emails and calls – some email marketing features are also available, making it a great overall tool.
The bad
Hubspot is an excellent, comprehensive free real estate CRM and there are no drawbacks to it. Custom pipeline stages, clean interface, custom fields for contacts, plenty of tutorials and documentation – it offers it all for free.
The specs
Cost: Free
Contacts: Unlimited
Users: Unlimited
Text/call/email logs: Emails and calls
Pipelines for leads/deals: Available
Email Marketing: Email scheduling, templates CTR tracking included
Interface: Clean & easy
Custom pipelines/fields: Yes
2. Insightly CRM for Realtors
The good
Insightly is a simple, lightweight CRM that packs a punch – it’s the perfect pick for small firms or individual agents looking to implement a real estate CRM to help them manage contacts, leads or clients. Insightly offers the ability to send ten mass emails daily with five total email templates, custom fields for your contacts, custom sales pipelines, Outlook, contact management, Gmail, lead capture from web forms and the best part is that it’s all free.
The bad
Insightly does have some drawbacks – the free version supports only two users and 2500 contacts, which might seem okay for smaller agencies but it’s always better to plan ahead. Another drawback is the fact that Insightly’s free version doesn’t offer text tracking, automatic email or automatic call – your outreach will be a bit trickier to track. As opposed to Hubspot’s drag and drop feature for contacts, Insightly requires you to click through menus to change your contacts pipeline stages meaning it will take more time when dealing with more significant numbers of connections.
The specs
Cost: Free
Contacts: 2500
Users: Only 2
Text/call/email logs: No
Pipelines for leads/deals: Available
Email Marketing: 10 mass emails daily + 5 email templates
Interface: Moderately intuitive
Custom pipelines/fields: Yes but limited to 2 per record type
3. Bitrix24 real estate CRM
The good
Bitrix24 is an excellent choice for larger real estate agents since it’s a robust CRM with plenty of features. As opposed to Insightly, Bitrix24 offers 12 users and an unlimited number of contacts for all your real estate needs. Another interesting feature available with Bitrix24 is email and call logging integrated into the free version – you’ll be able to email or call leads directly from the app and have it added to their record. Bitrix24 also offers an integrated live chat for your website, a business card scanner, custom fields for leads, custom deal stages and a few email marketing features.
The bad
The only drawback we noticed on Bitrix24 is the interface – it can seem complicated at first due to the plethora of features, but tech-savvy realtors shouldn’t have much of a problem with it.
The specs
Cost: Free
Contacts: Unlimited
Users: 12
Text/call/email logs: Email and call logging
Pipelines for leads/deals: Yes
Email Marketing: Yes
Interface: Rather cluttered
Custom pipelines/fields: Yes
4. ZOHO real estate CRM
The good
Zoho is a balanced real estate CRM with a reasonable amount of features such as custom fields, custom pipeline stages as well as a capacity of 5000 contacts and up to 10 users.
The bad
While Zoho is a good pick for any realtor given the capacity for ten users and 5000 contacts, other free CRMs tend to offer more features and contacts. The interface is also a bit cluttered and somewhat confusing for new users, compared to other free CRMs such as Hubspot or Insightly. That being said, it’s still a robust CRM, but it has a long way to go before taking a spot among the big dogs.
The specs
Cost: Free
Contacts: 5000
Users: 10
Text/call/email logs: No
Pipelines for leads/deals: No
Email Marketing: No mass email, ten user-generated email templates
Interface: Complex
Custom pipelines/fields: Yes
5. Agile CRM for realtors
The good
Agile CRM has a lot to offer for any sorts of salespeople, with ten users and 1000 contacts available in the free version. Pipeline stages are also available in the form of “new, prospect, proposal, won.” Agile CRM boasts a nice clean and intuitive interface, making it pretty easy to use and contact tags which might come in handy.
The bad
Agile CRM is a pretty lovely CRM for salespeople; it may not be the perfect choice for realtors. Custom pipeline stages are not available, and neither are custom fields for contacts.
The specs
Cost: Free
Contacts: 1000
Users: 10
Text/call/email logs: No
Pipelines for leads/deals: No
Email Marketing: Yes, email templates
Interface: Clean and intuitive
Custom pipelines/fields: No
